I love the selection they have, the best optometrist ever. But the staff is so incredible. I'll never buy glasses from any other location or store again. I'm So satisfied. Thank you

Terrible customer service. I went and asked if my Visual insurance was accepted, and was told to wait a few minutes for the data to be fetched. After 20 minutes I asked again, which they told me the same thing. After a total of 40 minutes of waiting, and realizing people that arrived after me were being assisted, I realized I was wasting time here. Save yourself some time and go to the Jamboree location. 10/10 customer service, helped me with a small insurnace hiccup, and in the same amount of time that I wasted here, in that location I got an eye exam and purchased my new glasses.

We walked in and Izzy helped set up an appointment for a same day eye exam, and she was knowledgeable about the progressive lenses, etc. The eye exam cost much cheaper than at the Target optometry at Irvine Spectrum, which was reasonably priced at $80. Dr Bui was professional and attentive and Jennifer the optometrist assistant was pleasant. Overall great experience, but wish they had more affordable, basic frames for men.

Walked in because I needed the nose piece replaced on my favorite sunglasses. Izzy had me in and out in 5 minutes with no charge!

No idea why I had to wait 40-45 minutes from 06:15 - 07 :00PM while there were few customers to be told that Lens Crafter is not in-network with VSP. I've found it lousy

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
