  Brian was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, his energy was great and he greeted us so warmly. He made us feel welcome right away and set the tone for a really positive experience. His friendly attitude and attentiveness truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable

  As a former ophthalmic technician with five years of experience, I was disappointed by this visit. From the start, the experience felt very sales-driven. I was pushed to do Optomap imaging, despite knowing it is typically not covered by insurance, while dilation—which usually is covered—was stated to no longer be offered. I was also told Optomap was included in a quote I never received. Adding to the confusion, dilation drops were visible in the exam room. In addition, the quality of the Optomap picture taken was questionnable given that my eyelid obscured the full view of the retina.. something that could have been avoided with dilation, given that I have never had any retinal abnormalities to follow up on. The exam with the doctor was fine, but afterward I was unexpectedly told I was “ready” for a one-year supply of contacts, which I had not requested, and was strongly pressured to purchase it. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling than patient-centered care.

  Great customer service!!! Izzy, Jessica and Vickie took great care of me during my visit. They were all so sweet and helpful and took their time answering all my questions. Will definitely be coming back to this location <3

  Trudy at LensCrafters was wonderful! I needed progressive lenses and help picking frames that actually looked good on me, and she was so patient and helpful the whole time. She really took the time to find the perfect pair for my needs. I didn’t expect the visit to go this smoothly, but it did! I have had her help now a few times and decided to use them again only because she is that great. I highly recommend asking for her! Very thorough and I am confident she can help ANYONE

  I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters thanks to Trudy. I went in needing progressive lenses and help finding frames that actually suited my face, and she handled the entire process with professionalism and real expertise. Trudy took the time to walk me through the progressive lens options, explained what would work best for my situation, and made sure I understood the choices without ever feeling rushed. She was thorough, patient, and clearly knowledgeable. What stood out most was the effort she put into helping me find the right pair from the whole store—not just something that would “do,” but the best fit for both function and appearance. The appointment went far better than I expected, and I left confident that I had the right glasses for me. Outstanding service all around. Trudy is a true professional, and LensCrafters is fortunate to have her.
