After 20 minutes I asked again, which they told me the same thing. After a total of 40 minutes of waiting, and realizing people that arrived after me were being assisted, I realized I was wasting time here. Save yourself some time and go to the Jamboree location. 10/10 customer service, helped me with a small insurnace hiccup, and in the same amount of time that I wasted here, in that location I got an eye exam and purchased my new glasses.

Dr Bui was professional and attentive and Jennifer the optometrist assistant was pleasant. Overall great experience, but wish they had more affordable, basic frames for men.
