Andy Nguyen helped us out and he was a big help to us - he was extremely patient, pointed us to many options, and offered an affordable alternative which proved to be a big help and thanks to AAA, a 30% savings.
I can’t say enough good things about Andy and his help - highly recommend this LensCrafters although the Los Olivos location has a bigger selection.

I had been wanting to change my glasses for a long time, and based on my brother’s recommendation, I called LensCrafters to make an appointment. The person I spoke with told me there was an appointment available at 2:20pm next day, and I said I would like to come. Person told me I needed to arrive before 2:20 and that if I was late, I would miss the appointment. However, the person never asked for my first or last name and ended the call abruptly before the conversation was finished.
When I arrived and said that I had an appointment, I was asked for my first and last name. I explained that the person I spoke with on the phone never asked for my name and only told me the time. I was then told that I did not have an appointment in the system and that they could give me another appointment either later that day or the next day.
What was most disappointing was that no one apologized for the situation. Instead, I was made to feel as if I had made the mistake. As a first-time customer, this was a very poor first experience. I had already left work early for this appointment, and now I have to leave work early again to attend the new appointment. I will consider leaving a final review based on how my appointment tomorrow goes.

Adam was incredible to work with. He took a lot of time walking me through different options and really went above and beyond to help me find frames that could handle my high prescription without compromising on style. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure I ended up with something that fit well and looked great. I left feeling taken care of, and the pair he helped me choose is perfect. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

I don’t always leave reviews. But I was so impressed by this LensCrafters location, I just had to say something. I wanted to give a special shout out to Adam and Brian. Adam for being so informative and kind, and Brian for being an absolute expert at swapping my lenses on my Ray-Ban RB2140’s. I live in these sunglasses and I these guys just saved my butt. Special shout out to Luxottica for making the best eyeball protectors in the world. Thank you again dudes!

My wife just came back from the Tustin location in tears. Brian, the assistant manager, harassed her and made her feel very uncomfortable to the point that she never wants to go back, even though her lenses are blurry and they didn't get here prescription right. I'll be contacting the corporate office and the morning and demanding a full refund and that Brian be terminated.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
