Dr. Bertram was very professional, thorough and efficient with her exam. I was put into two different exam rooms for testing before seeing the good doctor. In both instances, the rooms were very cluttered, claustrophobically small and dirty with dust and smudges on table tops and equipment. It felt awkwardly uncomfortable sitting there especially after starting at their health notice signs in the wait area reminding even to wash hands, social distance, not touch hands to eyes, . . .
