The Optometrist was very friendly and nice but a half hour behind on her appointments.
I purchased glasses and was given the choice on the lenses of how wide the prescription would allow me to see in the lenses! The wider yoy go, the more expensive they are. I have never been given this ridiculous choice before. Just make the Lens one way, completely fill it from right to left!! 3 choices about $50 difference.
The gentleman who helped me with glasses was really nice and helpful.

Shelly or sherry help me she is wonderful the doctor was wonderful have no issues w kindness.
The issue I had was they put on the outside of the building. They accept CareCredit, but when you go in and try to pay, their system was down, which is fine. They were having issues. Apparently their merchant account was suspended as they told me they said to leave and they’ll figure it all out. But then when they called me back, they didn’t know how to bring things up to pull up an account for a customer. They had a lot of issues and just lack of knowledge and how to deal with CareCredit. This is a place that people use CareCredit so I was very disappointed because it’s taken hours of my time to try to deal with this place ultimately just talking to a gentleman with him not being able to help me and I hung up. They need some training in that facility and they shouldn’t have a decal that they take care of credit if they don’t and then they try to tell you that the doctors are separate and the doctors don’t take care of credit but LensCrafters do I mean nobody is paying separately the Dr it’s all going through one cash register. How is the patient supposed to know that?
