  Home Instead has been amazing for us. When we first started, I didn’t know what to expect, but they made everything simple and stress-free. They matched us with caregivers who are kind, friendly, and actually take the time to get to know us. They treat us like family and they do it with real care and respect. Best part is how reliable they are. I never have to worry if someone’s going to show up, and if we need to make changes, the office takes care of it right away. Home Instead has taken a huge weight off our shoulders. It feels like we have extra family members looking out for us, and that means everything.

  Among the caregivers, Thanh is outstanding. She has cared for my husband since he came home from the hospital after a serious fall. Not only does she perform what is clearly needed, but constantly on the watch she anticipates what should be. Amazingly pleasant and professional simultaneously, l believe she has a true calling as a giver of care.

  I cannot say enough good things about Home Instead in Irvine! From our first contact, they were professional and personable. I have spoken with many caregiver agencies in the last three years as I searched for someone to help us, and Home Instead stands way above the rest and is the only one to come through for my family so far. They really care and they mean what they say. I have never been ignored, abandoned, rejected, or disappointed in my work with them, like I have with other agencies where it barely got past a couple of meetings (they all said the "right" things," but never followed through). I have also never been argued with or had my concerns and criteria dismissed by Home Instead, like I had experienced with other agencies. I needed a Mandarin speaking caregiver (very difficult to find in Irvine, for some reason), and Home Instead was able to provide one (I acknowledge we were fortunate), as well as understand and respect the importance of having someone who would match the language and culture of our elderly parent (with dementia) and could be a comforting, safe support. It makes a huge difference, and Home Instead's staff gets it like no other agency I've tried to work with in the last three years. From the CEO, VP, and Operations Director to the caregiver, I give my heartfelt thanks. They have been there for me and my family. I recommend Home Instead (Irvine) highly and without reservation!
