  My experience was great! Sean did an amazing job and asked great questions. I walked out having more knowledge about hearing loss. This is a great clinic! Had a great interaction with Alyssa and Em. Alyssa is so knowledgeable about the different types of hearing aids available.

  Sean，He is a very professional and responsible consultant. At the beginning, my mother felt inferior and anxious because of her hearing loss, but he patiently explained everything and helped ease her worries. He carefully tested her hearing and helped us choose the best color — it’s so discreet that you can hardly notice it unless you look very closely. This helped my mother regain her confidence and made her very happy! Thank you, Sean.

  JC was amazing!!! We stumbled across this place as my mom and I were shopping at the spectrum. She got her hearing aids cleaned and scheduled an appointment to get her hearing checked for the following week. JC went above and beyond for us!! This place is a hidden gem! Thank you so much!

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Connect World of Hearing. Their service was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, Sean was patient, kind, and incredibly professional. He even let my mom take a pair of hearing aids home for a full one-week trial — completely free — so she could truly experience how they worked in her daily life. That level of trust and care is rare. What impressed us most is that he never once tried to push us to buy anything. He always stood from the customer’s perspective and gave honest, thoughtful advice. In fact, it was us who kept asking to move forward — he was never sales-driven, only service-driven. Now my mom can hear clearly again — even very soft sounds. It has truly been life-changing for her and for our whole family. We are beyond grateful. They are also the only hearing center open on Saturdays and Sundays, and they stay open late, which is incredibly convenient for families. The office environment is clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. The entire team’s service attitude is outstanding. Now I completely understand why they consistently have five-star reviews. Very well deserved. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you so much!

  Alyssa guided us through a 5 minute free screening and was very welcoming. The space is very comfortable and serene. Definitely recommend!
