  This place is a joke. They claim to take my insurance but my insurance says they do not come up as providers in their system. I've worked in healthcare for over 10 years and if you truly care about your patients and the quality of care, you will make that simple phone call to the insurance to figure out where the disconnect is so the patient can be seen. The front office gal, Cruz, was very inconsiderate and insensitive when telling me that there is nothing they can do about the situation. She said that my PCP has to call my insurance and figure it out. How is my PCP going to figure out a credentialing issue that is between THIS OFFICE and my insurance? Ridiculous! They don't care about their patients. Not even sure why I tried so hard to get my referral approved for this place.

  I absolutely LOVE this team: Brittany, Karla, Vince and of course Dr. Lin! They have saved me time and again. I come in for allergy shots (which have been helping immensely). As someone who's been traumatized by needles as a child, Brittany administers 4 shots without me even noticing 98% of the time. 🤭 Although the others are pretty good at administering the shots when she's not there or available, I do prefer Brittany due to my past traumas. Grateful for this entire team, they have great personalities and are fun and engaging to chat with! Take the time to get to know them. :)

  I lost track of how many times they have stabbed me and taken my money over the past two years... But I still think highly of the staff, and keep coming back regularly, so they must be doing something right! 😉 Seriously, if you are in need of allergy shots, are able to commit to ~45 mins on Thursdays at/before 4pm, and your plan includes Dr. Lin, I recommend signing up for your shots with Allergy Partners of Orange County. Friendly, helpful and safe. Thia is a busy office in the afternoons, and constrained by health and safety guidelines, so they aren't always able to make exceptions or grant every request. They have done a great job accommodating to fit my schedule and occasional early and/or late arrivals, i thinkIt speaks volumes that they take the well-being of ALL of their patients seriously enough to maintain discipline and keep everything on the up and up. Still gets 5 stars from me 🙂
