They were quick and understanding my transferred prescriptions (including my cat's!), helped me easily update all my info when my insurance changed and have generally been really amazing to work with. Getting vaccines was quick and efficient and there is rarely a line. If there is one, the staff is quick to open the second pickup spot! Sometimes my prescriptions are out of stock or I have questions with generics or med transitioning and they have always been so helpful and kind in answering my silly questions. Great staff.

Nazanin is always willing to answer any queries and is very articulate in explaining the subtle nuances of medications, vaccines and their consumption. Victor is very prompt with any tasks/queries and has a very customer friendly attitude. Faye's experience is greatly appreciated and Dae is great ! Savon is truly fortunate to have such an excellent team!

They asked if I wanted to call my mom about it even after I told them that I knew the insurance was fine. They ended up sending me away and saying to call the insurance company and come back. Besides this, they were very informative about the flu shot I was supposed to be getting.
