  I wish I could give this place a zero. I signed up for a one month membership set to auto cancel at the end of the month, or so I was told. Then I was charged without my consent for months to follow, I even made contact with the branch and asked if I still have an active membership and they told me NO. Then I was still continued to be charged. I would call in monthly and ask what is this problem cancel my membership and they would ghost me and procrastinate and say they cant do it yet, and to call back when the manager was in. And they kept saying don't worry we will refund you for all of this but they could not cancel my membership before refunding me. Finally after literal months of trying I connected with the manager Jasmine and it felt like at last there was progress. She acknowledged the proof that the studio had personally confirmed that my membership was cancelled and INACTIVE. She asked for my mailing address to send a check and told me to expect it in around 2 weeks. And I waited anxiously and followed up. Again and again. But no, I was ghosted again and only replied to when I reached out around 8 times and called in continuously. Then I was promptly dismissed and essentially told that it my fault, that I didn't go through the correct channels to cancel my membership. But why would I think to cancel if you already told me it was cancelled? Why should I be charged months extra when I had been trying to reach you every week, that I was told I can't cancel yet because I have to wait until I'm refunded before I cancel otherwise it will mess things up. Horrible horrible business model, seems like they were scamming me the whole time, have to trick people into becoming members then not allow them to cancel when they try over and over and over. For reference I signed up for one month at a discounted rate, one month. and ended up being charged for SEVEN MONTHS. That's almost TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS. And they have handled it by being shady, shifting the blame onto the CUSTOMER, when it is on record that they told me misinformation!! And if they had simply told me the truth then, I could have cancelled then and saved over a thousand dollars. Overall this was handled like a nightmare and they are incredibly selfish and evil for tricking a customer like this. Do not trust this brand and do not trust this location. They do not know what they are doing and you will pay the cost for that. I was robbed of almost TWO THOUSAND dollars and then ghosted. Horrible horrible business.

  Great classes. I take private classes with Naz. She is the best!!! Love, love her classes. Highly recommend her and this branch!

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Club Pilates. I became pregnant and, based on my doctor’s recommendation, I was advised not to continue attending classes. I provided an official doctor’s note explaining that I was medically unable to participate. Despite this, the studio refused to refund my remaining membership fees. I understand that businesses have policies, but there should be reasonable exceptions for medical situations — especially pregnancy-related restrictions supported by a physician’s letter. This experience felt very unsympathetic and inflexible during what should be a positive and important time in my life. I hope the studio considers updating their policies to better support members facing legitimate medical circumstances.

  Great intro class. Mei was thoughtful about prior injuries and walked us through how to use the equipment thoroughly. I appreciated her friendliness, helpful attitude and expertise.
