  I have visited Carbon Health on Monroe and Ave 42 several times over the past 2 years. Everyone has been exceptional; admin / reception very kind & clear, nursing staff knowledgeable and competent, and Dr. J. Fukasawa-Lara very thorough,. I have always been treated with respect and left feeling I was carefully looked at. I would not hesitate in recommending Carbon Health.

  Called to see if they accepted my insurance, luckily they did. Receptionist said they had an appointment within the hour. I arrived 15mins prior to the appointment time and she checked me in, had a seat, within 10mins I was called back. Got my check up, was in and out of the office a total of 25mins. Quick service, highly recommend!!

  I feel scammed and extremely disappointed. I went in for urgent “care” yesterday, explained my symptoms of abdominal pain to the nurse (no doctors on site), and her response was “So how can we help you?” Insane. During the 10 minute appointment before sending me on my way, all I received was referrals to go to actual doctors (that I could have just called myself), and a business card that some random doctor left at the front desk. Called that number today- the number doesn’t work. The nurse also expected me to tell her exactly what tests I needed done, like I was the doctor! It was crazy. I paid over $200 for this “service”. What a scam

  Two thumbs up! The staff is friendly and efficient. The wait time for my appointment was minimal, in fact I was called in just as I finished the simple two page intake form. Madison, the PA who met with me, was all ears as I explained the history behind my visit. She was genuinely interested in helping get the treatment I needed. BTW, I was here from Utah on vacation, so it was nice to be treated so well.

  Staff was helpful, efficient, professional and easy to understand. The clinic was clean, comfortable and I never waited long.
