Everyone respects the sauna rules by removing shoes so it stays very clean or maybe they have great staff who clean it often. Very comfortable. Used to be my home gym from 2020- 2023 when I was prepping for a NPC competition. I recently visited again and its the same quality.

She always gave me workout tips and informed me when the new clothing was about to come out. She informed me about everything ufc had to offer it was amazing to have such a caring person at a gym it’s honestly what stood out to me. Then she got let go in nice terms lol so I switched gyms. If a place can’t be loyal to good workers then I’m just a wallet with legs.
- BHBruno HJan 1, 20261.0As a corporate complaint. I was pushed to renew my contract and was reassured on my move to another city that I'd be able to refund the rest of my 3 year plan. Turns out if you move 24 miles and not 25 miles, they do not accommodate past their terms to get you your refund. I was originally at the Costa Mesa branch and have had only difficulty with the corporate side to get any refund done. I don't use the gym and don't recommend their membership. They don't have other gym locations in the OC and want to force you to lose your money if you move
