So doable with great results! This tried and true concept is the perfect way to fit in an effective workout without having to dedicate a large portion of my day to exercise. The efficiency of a 20-minute routine that still allows me to move on with my day makes me one very happy customer! :D

After three months at The Perfect Workout, I can confidently say this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I came in wanting to address osteoporosis and increase lean muscle mass, but I was honestly cautious. I’ve had back and shoulder injuries in the past from traditional workouts, and the idea of lifting weights again made me nervous. What I’ve found here is completely different from anything I’ve done before. The slow, focused strength training approach has been incredibly effective — and safe. My trainer, Jason German, has been exceptional. He took the time to understand my injury history and has been very intentional about how we progress. Each session feels personalized and purposeful. I’m challenged every time, but never in a way that feels reckless or overwhelming. The results have surprised me. In just three months, I’ve seen strength increases of 20–30% in multiple areas. More importantly, I feel stronger in daily life, and the nagging tension I used to carry in my back and shoulder has significantly improved. If you’re looking for a smart, efficient, and highly individualized strength program — especially if you’ve been hesitant because of past injuries — I highly recommend The Perfect Workout. The name truly fits.

Been going for about a year. I have been dealing with some serious health issues. Corrina has been very helpful in getting me stronger while working around my issues. The one on one training is wonderful. Very clean and comfortable place to workout.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Perfect Workout

This sounds too good to be true – Great results in 20 minutes, twice a week?

We understand the skepticism surrounding a 20-minute exercise routine. It goes against the grain of traditional beliefs. The truth is, if you’re doing more exercise than needed, your workout may not be intense enough. With many traditional methods, a lot of time spent during your workout is “rest time.” More rest during a workout can reduce muscle growth and cardiovascular impact. So you can either work hard during exercise, or you can work out for a long time – but you can’t do both. Intensity is key if you want to effectively boost your metabolism, improve VO2 max, and not only build lean muscle but support your skeletal health. Our approach is not only unique, it’s grounded in research. We train all major muscle groups through 5-8 exercises with minimal rest between sets. Our method and technology provide the perfect resistance for every exercise, eliminating virtually any risk of injury. So you’ll spend your sessions burning more fat and building more strength than traditional weight training. But don’t take our word for it! Come in for your own free Introductory Session. Experience the methodology first-hand, without any obligation.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is based on your preferences, goals, and needs. And we have a fit for every budget. Finding your perfect membership starts with a free Introductory Session. Choose a package that reflects your priorities, such as your goal, budget, and how often you’d like to train. Training options are flexible and range from $285 to $695 monthly, with no long-term contracts. Our memberships adapt to life’s changes, supporting you at every stage. Plus, our method is so effective, that if you aren’t stronger after 90 days of consistently training with us, we’ll refund every penny.
