    Best Ralphs in this part of HB. The customers are not treated like criminals with aisles that are blocked off like the one on Warner. There are no products that are expired like the one on Warner. The staff is pleasant. The shelves are well stocked. The products are fresh. My only complaint is having to track someone down to get a door code for the restroom at noon on a weekend. Late night, sure, but during the day is a bit much. I live off Warner and drive here which should say alot.

    The pharmacist name Susan is ridiculous, and won't do her job and just said some bakers on the phone with me about what could possibly be going wrong with the other pharmacies system. Then flat out tells me that I'm supposed "to do my job" and tell see vs what they're supposed to do with their computer which is actually her job To call over and get it transferred and figure out why the prescription isn't getting filled on time .... This is the second time that she is not even trying to do some sort of computer fix with insurance. This is can get it done immediately .....and it's only 10 am, and she's told me that my prescription can't be delivered this afternoon and I already know that they always get picked up around 11 or later for delivery same day after 2 PM.
