I was greeted with a smile and friendly “welcome” by Ann, who promptly asked how she could help me. I showed her the glasses and described how the frame was missing a screw. Ann examined the frames and quickly determined it only required a screw. I handed her the other lens and she said she’d be back momentarily. Within 7-10minutes Ann returned with the glasses frame repaired while cleaning them from smudges. I said, “Wow, that was fast.” I asked how much I owed. Ann responded, “You don’t owe anything. This is a free service of Lens Crafters.” I was amazed and grateful for their fast and free service. I’m also very appreciative to Ann for her excellent and professional customer service.
