Retail staff are not well suited for customer service. Made mistakes on my order and needed to redo. No idea on delivery date and unable to track product. I would not recommend this store.

I would give LensCrafters 5 stars, but I can buy two pairs of the same Oakley frames with prescriptions at Costco for less than one pair at LensCrafters. That’s after using our insurance and Costco is without using our insurance, so huge pricing difference.

I came in to Lens Crafters at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach, CA to repair my son’s glasses frame. It seemed as though the frame just needed a screw. I was greeted with a smile and friendly “welcome” by Ann, who promptly asked how she could help me. I showed her the glasses and described how the frame was missing a screw. Ann examined the frames and quickly determined it only required a screw. I handed her the other lens and she said she’d be back momentarily. Within 7-10minutes Ann returned with the glasses frame repaired while cleaning them from smudges. I said, “Wow, that was fast.” I asked how much I owed. Ann responded, “You don’t owe anything. This is a free service of Lens Crafters.” I was amazed and grateful for their fast and free service. I’m also very appreciative to Ann for her excellent and professional customer service. Thank you, Lens Crafters!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
