DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I’ve had the WORST experience ever with this store. My husband and I went in a month and a half ago to get me a new pair of glasses, and went through the process. I let them know I’d need them shipped to me since I don’t live here, and the man said he’d make a note of it in the system to remind the team once they were ready. We paid $600.99 for the glasses and additions like transition lenses. 2 weeks later still no glasses, so I called them and they said they weren’t aware they needed to be sent… WHAT? They sent them finally, and after a week I finally got them… shipped in a laughably large box flopping around with zero padding or protection except for the case. Opened up the case to find that the pair was 1) missing a screw on the left side 2) there was a mark on the left lens that wouldn’t come off 3) the transition lenses don’t work properly. I called them back and let them know, and they decided to send me another pair after arguing with them that I needed to keep the first pair because i’m legally blind and don’t have anything else since my old pair was not suitable for use. When I finally got the 2nd pair after a long wait, yet again they didn’t work…. However this time, it’s because it’s the wrong prescription and it’s clearly visible before even putting them on with how thin the lenses are compared to the first pair!! I tried putting them on, and it made me so severely dizzy/nauseous because of how badly done they are. Like are you kidding me? Who the hell is making this stuff?? I call again, and the guy keeps arguing with me over and over again that their “computer” says it’s the right prescription and the same as the first pair. So you’ll believe a computer over a customer who tried them on… I asked him if I could just send the new pair back, keep the first pair, and receive a refund for the amount of issues that have been caused like the fact that the first pair obviously has problems still, and the amount of my time that has been wasted waiting for these people to get it right for once. He said no, and the only way i’d get a refund is to send them both back, and didn’t even try to offer any other solutions to this matter even though they have screwed up twice now on what should be such an easy job for a company that makes glasses for people. I’ve filed a BBB complaint, and I will be reaching out to corporate to fix this situation with them since customer service and accountability at this location clearly doesn’t exist at all. I’m never using LensCrafters ever again.

I called them for a receipt and they told me the only way they could give it to me is if I drove down to pick up. How can a medical office not be able to have a portal or at least email invoices in 2026. I might excuse for a small office but this is a nationwide company.

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
