Her deep knowledge of kinesiology sets her apart — she understands the body on a completely different level and somehow always knows exactly what I need, every single time. Whether it’s myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, or a combination of modalities, Ivy intuitively chooses the perfect approach. There have been so many times I’ve walked into her, feeling absolutely awful — tight, inflamed, exhausted — and I leave feeling like a completely different person. Lighter. Looser. Restored. She has mastered so many techniques, but what really makes her exceptional is her ability to read the body and know exactly which modality to use and when. You can tell she genuinely cares about healing, not just providing a service. If you’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but truly transformative, Ivy is it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I have been struggling with menopausal symptoms that caused severe bloating, joint pain and total body inflammation! My stomach bloating decreased after the first session!
