- AGAshley Gushulak5 days ago1.0I’m honestly shocked at how this Pilates studio treats its members. I had pregnancy-related health complications and was medically advised not to continue Pilates, I reached out to cancel my membership or postpone or freeze…anything because I physically could not attend classes, (and even offering medical notes) instead of showing even a little compassion, they refused to find a solution and were frankly very disrespectful to me. For a business that claims to be about health and wellness, the complete lack of empathy for health is pretty unbelievable. Pregnancy complications are not something you plan for, and being told you’re basically stuck paying for classes you can’t physically attend is incredibly frustrating. If you’re thinking about joining, just know that if something unexpected happens in your life — especially a medical issue or you get hurt, they will proceed to take your money not offer anything reasonable and treat you poorly.
