  Love BFT so much. The community is so nice and the trainers are so personable and easy to talk too. The coaches really want to help you achieve your goals. Every workout is unique and they will help you with the movement.

  Hands down the best gym I’ve ever stepped foot in — and trust me, I’ve tried a lot of gyms. Every coach here is incredible, and the programming is always changing, so boredom and plateaus don’t stand a chance. Each class has TWO coaches (yes, two!) making sure your form is on point and cheering you on along the way. They use heart rate tracking and zones during class, which somehow makes workouts both more challenging and more fun. Plus… there are medals involved. 🥲 Gold, silver, or bronze — it’s like adult PE, but way cooler. The community is truly something special: insanely supportive, super friendly, and refreshingly zero drama. You can tell this gym genuinely cares about its members — you feel it the moment you walk through the door. Huge kudos to every amazing soul I’ve met here and a massive shout-out to the BFT crew for creating such a special space. This place is an absolute GEM.   I truly couldn’t recommend BFT more! It’s a well rounded workout and has really helped me improve both my strength and my cardiovascular health, in a short amount of time. Whether you are an avid gym goer or a first timer, everyone can feel at home at BFT Huntington Beach. The standout of this gym is the community!!! I’ve tried multiple gyms and the members here are unmatched. Everyone is doing their best and yet they all go above and beyond to support each other, form friendships and welcome new people with open arms. Having these people around me, has motivated me in ways I didn’t except and created strong friendships, that I am so grateful for. Additionally, the coaches here are exceptional. They are knowledgeable, encouraging & genuinely care about each member. Best in the business! If you want a gym, where you can feel comfortable & confident to be yourself & meet your fitness goals, you need to try BFT!!!

  Tucked in the corner by the boat docks next to golden road brewery. An amazing community where trainers and members have a supportive mindset to obtaining your health goals at your pace. I’ve learned and grown a lot on how I approach my workouts and nutrition. Worth the investment for better and lifelong health

  I have been to a lot of gyms, this one is my favorite by a landslide. Aside from the great and versatile workouts, their coaches are the real deal. They make you want to push yourself to limits you didn’t know you could reach and are the most supportive I have ever met. Not only that, but they make you feel like family. They truly truly care about you, your goals, and how your week is going. This place has such positive energy when you walk in and when you walk out, you bring it with you throughout the day! And you can’t beat the awesome views!
