  I noticed that there was someone out in the lobby helping anyone who needed help checking in, and although I did not need help, there were plenty of people who did need help. That was fantastic! The staff all seemed to be very nice as was the person who took my blood! Thank you for a great visit!

  Grim and stuffy. Fix the lighting and turn on the air for goodness sake. Feels like purgatory.

  ​Today’s visit was incredibly disappointing and concerning. The phlebotomist who assisted my mother was very unprofessional, rude, and physically rough during the procedure. Despite being able to speak Spanish, she refused to do so, spoke to us in a raised voice, and avoided eye contact. Most concerning was her lack of care with the bandage; it was applied so poorly that my mother’s arm began leaking blood shortly after. Due to this lack of basic professionalism, I cannot recommend this location.
