  Shelly the receptionist is awesome! Always so friendly and knows her job well! Always smiling, always happy to see me! She makes me feel very comfortable, and welcomed. In April will give a review on Brian, when I see him. I'm sure he's awesome too! Love this place !

  Very efficient, polite, friendly, we would absolutely recommend if you need hearing help. Brian and Shelly were the best! If they had a 10 star i would give them 20!!

  Dr Brian Ruiz & Shelly have such amazing customer service! It was a blast meeting them for the hearing test & the follow up was another pleasurable visit :) I have been highly recommending them since I came in. I can appreciate they will advocate to the insurance company for ya if you need help with coverage as well
