It is ridiculous how they expect you to make an appointment before entering the building (the door is locked), but yet they do not even answer the phone. Understaffed. Says they are open from 8:30-5pm, yet I am here at 11am and no is in there. How do you expect a business to run if you can’t answer calls or be inside??
