  This review is specifically for phlebotomist Naomi, who is actually amazing and I wish I could only ever have my blood drawn by her. I am absolutely AWFUL about having my blood taken, I get light headed, lose my vision and hearing, feel like I will pass out or puke. When I started to feel faint in Naomi's chair, she was nothing but patient, kind, understanding with me. She took time to make sure I was feeling ok before proceeding, she showed genuine concern and empathy. I felt absolutely awful for being so "weak," but it's beyond my control and she totally got that and waited for me to feel ok again. She's the BEST! For the sake of the review, the facility is clean and well lit, check in is easy (there is only self check in), wait times are quick if you have an appointment and check in appropriately. I can't believe I'm leaving a 5* review for a bloods lab, who have I become.

  The use of a machine instead of person for check-in is for benefit of the corporation not the client. This system is full of glitches and after logging in, it lost my appointment. No way to reach the techs or figure out what to do. If Quest wants to automate it should use a system that works. Plus the loud tv in the small waiting area is intrusive and annoying, please silence it.

  Wait times extremely long. I had an appt and wasn’t seen for more than 40 minutes. Disappointing when trying to complete labs on a work day; I would not suggest this location if you have any choice in Sonoma county.

  Super friendly staff - the whole experience is fast and efficient. Kiosk check in took two minutes and makes updating insurance info super easy.
