The lab technician would benefit from additional customer service training and should be more courteous to patients, especially new patients who are unfamiliar with the procedure.

Have to join the wait-list to drop off a sample, can't get seen, sample goes bad, terrible service
My daughter is special needs diagnosed with autism and epilepsy. Both times I have been there, the phlebotomists have been so great with her. It is usually very difficult to withdraw blood (and even get a shot) and takes 3 or more people (her Dad and I holding her and another staff member) but the phlebotomists (Talpa, Aaron and Ram the float) have been so patient, understanding and friendly with her. Both times she didn’t cry, get out of the seat or pull out anything. The only thing negative is waiting but they do their best to tend to each patient fast and efficiently while also still helping people at the kiosk since no one is at the front desk.
Dear Hospital Administration,
I am writing this letter to formally report a very distressing incident that occurred during my son’s appointment today.
The nurse assigned to my son behaved in a very harsh and unprofessional manner. While placing and handling my child on the bed, he was caused significant discomfort, which resulted in my child crying excessively. No consideration was given to my child’s young age, nor were the parents’ concerns listened to.
It is also disappointing that the hospital’s overall response and supervision appeared negligent, which allowed such a situation to occur. Such behavior toward a child is completely unacceptable.
I respectfully request that this matter be investigated immediately and that appropriate action be taken against the concerned nurse and staff, so that no other child or parent has to go through such an experience in the future.
I hope this complaint will be taken seriously.
On December 2nd, 2025, we came here to have our blood drawn. The person who received the three of us elderly people was Miss Sharina. She was warm and sincere in her service, and her medical skills were proficient and precise. Among us, one of the elderly ladies had a particularly hard time finding her blood vessel, but Miss sharina still managed to pinpoint the location precisely with just one shot! From the very beginning until all the blood tests for the three of us elderly people were completed, she kept smiling and repeatedly informed us of the precautions and the steps to follow, which made us all very touched and grateful!
