- PLPei Fen Lee2 days ago2.0I went in last week to ask about a payment which I got overcharged after my insurance got back to me and let me know I dont have to pay so much. I waited patiently for one hour to let them tell me I will get a refund on credit card this week, which i haven'treceived until this moment. I called and they said they will call me back which never happened. My company wont be able to reimburse me from my HSA account since the amount doesn't match the EOB. Sadly, it makes it hard for me to go back again if I got overcharged and can't get the reimbursement the whole amount from HSA account as well. The dentist and technicians are nice, but the supporting staff seems not very happy, probably overwhelmed by their work, it is sad.

- AParrion peterswardMar 10, 20261.0This is the absolute worst dentist I’ve ever been to that short girl is so rude and nasty personality she need to be fired and the manager lets them behave very unprofessionally she terrible as well I will never be back at this dentist again they also wouldn’t know compassion if It slapped them in the face. DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST. After reading all these bad reviews I would assume you do something about your staff most of the bad reviews are about your staff they need new training or just a whole new crew theses people should not be in healthcare if they don’t care about the patients health
