I'd never purchased a wheelchair using Medicare before and she skillfully guided me through the process, making sure I was providing the correct information on time. When my doctor's office failed to submit required paperwork, she helped me get the mistake corrected. Ayde also helped me find a licensed occupational therapist to assist in the process and when it came time for delivery, she coordinated that around my busy schedule. She not only handled my case professionally, but she was also genuinely nice throughout the six-month process and that is always appreciated. Ayde is a great public face for your company, in my opinion. Because of the interaction I had with her, the next time I need a wheelchair or wheelchair repair, or other DME your company provides, I won't hesitate to contact you.

This one is to give a shout out to their senior tech Calvin, the only one there who knows what he's doing. Every time the other techs carelessly break my chair he comes out immediately and fixes it, doesn't fight, listens, explains the issue clearly, patiently, and without unnecessarily dumbing it down. He understands how crucial these chairs are for living. Can't really give the company as a whole more than two stars but you can thank Calvin for that second one.

I will never forget them when they delivered it. They explained everything To my son, they called to check and see if the seat is good. Do you need anything? That’s not serviced you don’t get anywhere else so I highly appreciate this. I would give them 1 million stars. Keep up the good work.
