The “free trial” they advertise was not actually free — we were told the product costs $5–8K and even the trial required monthly payments. The approach felt misleading and high-pressure. We also felt there was a lack of cultural sensitivity during the visit. After we declined to purchase, the follow-up calls became excessive and uncomfortable for us. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this business.

I belong to kaiser even with a discount and a long time waiting for an appointment, meeting Jack and Rhonda the first time for my ear test I felt that I was family. Comfortable is an understatement. They are what customer service is all about. Money well spent.
