  Saima Awan has been my son’s BCBA since he began receiving services with ACES, and she has truly been an incredible blessing to our family. From the very beginning, she has shown genuine dedication to understanding my son’s unique strengths and challenges. She takes the time to thoughtfully assess his needs, develop meaningful goals, and consistently monitor his progress to ensure he is reaching his full potential. Saima goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role. She is professional, organized, and proactive in adjusting strategies whenever needed. Her communication is exceptional — she keeps us well informed, explains everything clearly, and ensures we feel involved and confident throughout the process. She doesn’t just focus on meeting goals on paper; she prioritizes real, lasting progress that truly makes a difference in everyday life. What makes Saima especially outstanding is her compassion and relatability. As a mother herself, she understands the emotional side of parenting a child receiving services. She listens without judgment, offers reassurance, and provides guidance in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. She treats my son with patience, kindness, and respect, which has helped build trust and a strong, positive working relationship. Because of Saima’s dedication and expertise, we have seen meaningful growth in our son’s development. We are deeply grateful for her hard work, commitment, and the positive impact she continues to make in our child’s life and in our family’s journey. We are also incredibly thankful for all of the BIs who have worked with our son. They truly care about him and his success. A special thank you to his team — Quinn, Kiara, Brisa, and Saima.   My little one was diagnosed as on the spectrum at the age of 3. He is highly functional is verbal but has a number behavorial issues such a rigidity to routine, social issues and tantrums. It was a bit of a rough start as there was some issues wth paper work and consistency in the first BI that was assigned but after Ms Shy and Mr Jackson and later on Ms Alieza were assigned to my little one he made tremendous progress in the areas of concern. The team was nothing but fantastic, kind and understanding. The behavorial issues were reported one by one started to decline while others were still a work in progress. They also provided us with tools that we would apply outisde of the clinic. We were given the perspective that progress isn't a straight line but will go up and down but progress is made overall. We unfortunately had to stop in clinic services due to a change in my sons schedule but we'll miss the time he attends. I know that ABA can be controversial to some and will differ from child to child but in our case it worked greatly for us and we couldn't be more happier with the results.   We’ve been clients since my child was 6 years old. He barely spoke then and had very little social skills and now he is a communicative, friendly, and happy 10 year old. We owe this to his caring BIs over the years, specifically one amazingly caring lady! The rest of the staff are caring and highly professional.
