  Went in there 45 min before closing and everyone was still very friendly. Got out of there in 10 minutes and I was a walk in. Thank you so much!

  For my blood test, there were 2 people in the room, likely a Trainee and a Supervisor. The person who drew the 5 vials of my blood was totally unskilled. The first jab popped out after one vial. A second jab elsewhere was required for the last 4 vials. It took much longer than usual to fill each vial, and it was more painful. Later the first jab site bled and appeared to have been cut by the needle rather than just pierced. Within a few hours that site made a dark bruise the size of a half-dollar. I resent being used as a Training Dummy by Quest. They should find another way to train their staff, and not unleash them on their customers until they perform well. I will not forget this experience or refer anyone to them.
