I have constantly Praised Arroyo Grande audiologist. That has been so patient with me. Taking the time to understand my needs. Also taking the time to understanding my lifestyle and the type of work that I do. Constantly with my head, twisting and turning sometimes even underneath the dash of a car. She has gone beyond what a normal person would do to make sure I was 100% satisfied. When I call the office with a technical question, she has always had the proper answer and always resolved any existing issue and question that I have. I have used the Miracle ear product in the past and expensive dollar cost was not the issue. It was quality of life. And what she has set me up with Extremely comfortable little to no maintenance whatsoever and I don’t believe she gets a recognition that she truly deserves. To find a special person like that is rare of this day and age. Being a business owner and an employer, I deal with people from all walks of life. For me to find somebody that takes a personal interest and overextends the Courtesy and patience is very very rare. The only complaint i can come up with is sometimes an appointment will start late. This is because customers with an immediate need are cared for. I know because we have walked in with an issue and no appointment and been helped immediately. I know this pushed back somebody a few minutes but am grateful for the service. Great experience!
