StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Greenbrae offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member.

- RRRoger RoseSep 13, 20255.0I couldn't imagine the difference a trained tech can make in how my body moves. I got a stretching strap there and I visit twice a month. I get help with how to use the strap at home, so I stay limber and loose physically. Ultimately, I want to do it all myself, but truth is, having someone trained to stretch me, gets me further than I can ever do alone. You can get a stretch strap with clear illustrations of how to use it at home.
