  Quest's appointment system is broken. I made an appointment, got a confirmation code. Went to the Patient Service Center on time. The check-in kiosk said I did not have an appointment. No attendant to talk to. I made an appointment with a different Patient Service Center, same problem. Other patients told me they had the same issue.

  No way to call directly. No useful info on the website. Rude staff. Did my test incorrectly. Just awful all around.
