- JBJ B2 days ago3.0There's two older ladies in there ones a Front desk, the other is the optician (not the Dr.) they made me feel stupid, unvalued, and uncomfortable, their approach is different for everyone the perception I got felt like I was being treated like a child, and the tone of voicen towards and the awkwardness was just petty. I want to give more stars. But I mean I was polite, calm, and yes I did ask some questions but the way they were answered, I just simply and politely won't return. Other staff interactions were fine the younger front desk lady about 25 years was extremely funny and engageable in a personable way.

We did. We could not of asked for a nicer, more accommodating staff. Technician spent time making sure the glasses were properly adjusted and comfortable. All at no charge. We were very pleased with how we were treated and grateful they were willing to help us even though we are not local.
