  Good eye care place with lots of options for your needs. I spoke with Toni who was very kind and patiently explained everything I needed to know. 10/10 recommend from this experience.

  Outstanding customer service! I walked in with a pair of eyeglasses that I had stepped on (ouch!) and bent the frame, seeking repair. The technician was able to fix them for free even though I had not purchased the eyeglasses from them. This kind of customer service is rare. I would trust them with future business.

  I had an eye exam today - my first visit here - and such a great experience! The space is open and inviting, the front office staff was efficient and helpful. I was seen on time and throughout the thorough exam, my questions were answered, and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Grass Valley Eye Care and look forward to my next exam!

  I was a new patient. I purchased two pairs of glasses, one for reading, one for distance. Neither pair worked. I tried the reading glasses for a month, and finally gave up and went back to my old glasses. The distance glasses seemed fine, but then I flunked the vision test while renewing my driver's licence! So they weren't fine. I suppose I could come in for another appointment and straighten this out, but why would I trust them? These are my eyes, and if they didn't get it right the first time...

  There's two older ladies in there ones a Front desk, the other is the optician (not the Dr.) they made me feel stupid, unvalued, and uncomfortable, their approach is different for everyone the perception I got felt like I was being treated like a child, and the tone of voicen towards and the awkwardness was just petty. I want to give more stars. But I mean I was polite, calm, and yes I did ask some questions but the way they were answered, I just simply and politely won't return. Other staff interactions were fine the younger front desk lady about 25 years was extremely funny and engageable in a personable way.
