- THToni HoweMar 28, 20261.0During my membership I broke my collar bone and was unable to attend. They froze my account for 3 months and without checking to see if my doctor released me for classes they started billing me again. I noticed after 2 charges on my credit card. I called to cancel and was told a manager would call me back. That never happened and I was billed yet again. I have called 3 times now and get the machine, have left messages and no one calls back. I now have 3 charges and 6 classes on the books. I am 66 years old and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I won't be going back and have wasted $360 . Terrible way to run a business!!!

They guide you through each workout with clear instruction and attention to form, which makes a real difference. No two classes feel the same, so it never gets repetitive. I’ve been a member for over two years and it’s one of the few fitness routines I’ve actually stuck with. Looking forward to many more classes.
