  I don't normally post reviews, but I would like to warn people away from UCLA Health. It is a cash-grab and the worst example of bureaucratic stonewalling that I have encountered. One star reflects the organization, not the physicians.

  Although I love the doctors here I am a bit frustrated with the policies of UCLA to get a mere question on a prescription answered they suggested I make a tele visit when I just had one 2 days ago and then was basically told to go to urgent care. All I wanted to know was If I could up a existing rx as it wasn't really working. Again not sure if its UCLA policies but it seems the personal service is non existent unless you pay for another office visit.

  Perfect! Great parking followed by a pleasant, clean and fresh interior. No line, straight to the waiting friendly staff who quickly got me setup. I spent maybe a minute or two enjoying a video of a tranquil koi pond before being greeted. The person who takes you to the exam room and takes care of vitals and updating your records is absolutely amazing. Dr. Moftakhar listened, then took time to really explaine in ways that matter. Yep, a five star experience.

  I am so grateful for your team! You've seen me twice in two days for a severe respiratory Illness during my high rossi pregnancy. Both time I felt seen, heard, my requests were respected and my intuition honored. The doctors we're both kind and compassionate. Your office is calm and peaceful and well run. I am grateful to have you in our neighborhood!
