  This is a review strictly focused on how they communicate and execute walk ins, so disregard if looking for insight on their lab services. WALK INS WELCOME adorns the front door. When you check in, you’re told how many walk ins are ahead of you and estimated wait time. Great! I can manage 30-60 minutes. 2 hours later no one informs me what’s going on, I finally ask how much longer she thinks it will be and she tells me she is behind on her appointments and doesn’t know when she’ll see me. 2 hours later… only because I asked. That doesn’t sound like walk ins are welcome at all. There needs to be clearer expectations set and potentially text alerts offered to walk ins so we can leave and return when/if workers can catch up. I’m so stubborn I haven’t left yet but ultimately this could be resolved with slightly better communication tools.

  I scheduled an appointment twice and they BOTH got cancelled because for whatever inane reason they just HAD to shut down. The first time at least they told me the night before, but for the second appointment they told me the day OF. I was forced to reschedule for a significantly later time and now I have to go the entire day without eating anything. Don't schedule an appointment here, it's definitely just going to get cancelled.

  Scheduled 2 appointments and both times I showed up and the facility was closed, which meant I had to reschedule my follow up appointment with my doctor several times. This business needs to be more organized.

  I rarely write reviews and never in a million years did I expect to be writing such a positive review for a Quest Diagnostics, lol. I had a blood panel done this morning and I had some issues with paperwork, not to mention a horrible fear of needles and history of passing out. Regina was so sweet and pleasant to deal with - she made me feel comfortable and I actually left in a good mood. Really weird to write something like this about a Quest, but Regina is great and hopefully she will see this someday!
