It was very inconvenient for me, given I had gotten off work to get my eye exam and I had taken way longer than expected due to his tardiness. After my appointment he had another appointment waiting and told me I would have to wait until the next appointment was over to get my prescription. This was very unprofessional and unfortunately I would not go back due to this.
