Large workout area, rarely too full but can get busy sometimes. Good tanning and hydro massage area, great perk for when you are overworked. Locker rooms standard, bathrooms usually cleaner than the showers, the changing rooms and shower stalls could be cleaner. The water goes colder and less pressure when others flush, the shower heads are poor and need descaling. Overall a mellow collegiate type location where you can do what is needed for your workout and health.

He single handedly made my day so much better and helped me hit a great push day workout. He truly is a ray of sunshine in this gym. Whenever I come in and I get to see him it always gives me great motivation to work hard.

However, a man named Grant helped him out in a very proficient manner. He made us feel so safe in this brand new environment and I’ve consistently seen him working with a smile there ever since. Truly impressed with the service here! Finally, absolutely love how quiet it is, with a machine or bench available at all times! Looking forward to more sets and reps at this fine institution.

A guy came next to me all treadmill is empty these guy looks like set up to frustrating customer they know who i am , actually I listened ear phone myself not easily knowing loud or not. And manager “paul” kicked me out of the gym, Please investigate why they set up this one! When I came out of gym staffs at counter laughing. At me !

In comparison to other gyms, this Planet Fitness is much more inviting and friendly when compared to other gyms. Specifically, the staff is well trained and extremely friendly throughout the day, whether I go early in the morning or late at night. Specifically, Grant, is one of, if not the best employees that I have ever met. No matter the time of day, it seems like Grant is always at work, with a huge smile and a positive attitude. One time I fell whilst doing pull ups and Grant caught me before I even hit the ground. I don't know how he does it, but Grant is such an amazing worker and should be one of the main reasons why you should go to the Planet Fitness in Goleta.
