- CTCeline TsoiNov 17, 20252.0They have a policy that refuses people who arrive more than 3 minutes late that is not public knowledge. I arrived 3 minutes late, stood in line for 2-3 minutes, and by the time I got to the counter I was refused entry. They also took my credits. The staff were kind to try to reassure me, and it's not their fault that management did not disclose their policies publicly. But I would not recommend this studio or other studios that have murky policies.
- LFLaura FordMar 27, 20254.0Yes classes get crazy full. Show up the recommend 15 min before to get a spot you like. If you do classes with heat it’s more of a WO than just yoga. I love C2 and sculpt if I really want to burn a lot of energy. C1 is a great place to start if you are new. No added heat and you get more time to work on getting the proper posture. Joanne is one of my favorite instructors for a challenging C2. She gives great verbal guidance and I just love her vibe. The best part about core power in my opinion is that there are three studios in town with a bazillion classes each day to choose from so if you have a busy schedule or if you just like a lot of options, it’s perfect for that. It is a chain yoga studio, so if you are wanting a more personal or spiritual experience, I suggest going to a local small business.
