They make you feel comfortable right away teaching you how to use the reformers and give consistent feedback about correct alignment and body positions to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. I’ve had lower back issues for many years and Club Pilates classes have really helped strengthen my core and have helped reduce my back pain.
