  My Mom had blood work done on April 2, 2026. We were greeted by Tori with patience and kindness. I explained that my Mom needed the butterfly needle due to small veins. She referred us to Megan, who was just as kind and very knowledgeable. Although my Mom's veins were moving around, Megan was successful. A huge thank you for providing great service to my Mom.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. I waited over 3 hours as a walk-in, and only after waiting that long was I told there was no guarantee I would be seen because patients with appointments are prioritized. I understand appointments come first, but this should have been clearly communicated upfront so I could plan accordingly or choose another time. Waiting for hours without clear expectations is unacceptable. The staff was not transparent about the wait time, which made the experience even more frustrating. I strongly recommend improving communication with walk-in patients and giving realistic wait estimates. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent others from going through the same experience.

  My lab paperwork had an issue and phlebotomist Khaila took it upon herself to call my doctors office to get them to issue the proper code for the labs so as to avoid a huge paperwork mess for me. She was super friendly and so helpful and deserves recognition!

  First time here wish I never went .. had appt in afternoon that was made a week ago and they told me 3 days before there was an earlier appointment spot if I wanted it .. silly me to believe it was true .. when I got there they they had no appt scheduled.. thank God I brought paper for the first appt time but this idiotic place said I’d have to be on a walk in list ..they appeared very unprofessional and unintelligent on appt schedules.. the other people waiting started questioning when they were going to be seen.. Thank God I didn’t have them do anything to me ... they didn’t appear to be organized at ALL ..
