- JJJoe A Simpson JrMar 23, 20265.0OOPS, I DID IT AGAIN: I just purchased new (extra wide) frames and had an accident -- my glasses fell out of a duffle bag on the garage floor -- barely scratching both lens. Early, this morning I drove down toe Glendale to the Warby Parker to get the lens replaced. Now, this isn't the first time they've bailed me out: 1) In NYC visiting the in laws, the left arm on my frames came off and the friendly staff fixed it no problem; 2) Returning from San Diego, I sat on them and they fixed them at the Fashion Island location; 3) The nose thingy was repaired at the Los Feliz branch; and 4) Today, they asked a few questions, I was in & out in 10-15 minutes, I'm expecting lens in a couple of weeks. As always, Warby Parker did an awesome job and should be commended! Thx for being there and I'm glad to be a long time customer.
