- MSMayra Soto1 day ago1.0I usually go to the Target optical in Burbank. They kept calling me from the Glendale store because of the fire at the Burbank target. I ran to pick up my contacts because I get off from work late and the location is far away from me. I came to the store. The door was still open. I was literally two minutes late and they didn’t want to give me my contacts. It literally takes a second to just give them to me. Especially because I had drive so far out of my way. Horrible customer service!!!
