  While the staff at this location seem friendly, there was no disclosure of financial responsibility--a legal mandate to disclose PRIOR to service. I was made to digitally sign something--was told it was for confirming label on tube (after blood draw and not before) and am concerned I was tricked in to acknowledging financial responsibility. At no time was financial responsibility mentioned. Therefore, due to lack of disclosure, and no attempt to obtain credit card information as sometimes done in other facilities, I must have no financial responsibility. If collection is attempted for non-disclosed financial responsibility, this will be reported to the state.

  The woman that helped me was amazing and deserves to be recognized though I never got her name. I had an appointment and upon sitting down we went through and realized my doctor never sent in the blood test request. I had fasted and was so tired and had to wait until 8am for my doctor’s office to open to call them and get it sent over. The woman helping me was so nice, understanding and made sure I was seen as soon as possible even though it took an hour to get this handled. I felt so cared for from her checking on me to see what happened, telling me the fax still hasn’t gone through etc. and she was super quick and painless in taking my blood once the paperwork went through. She made a frustrating experience (which was not her fault it was my doctor’s) into a really wonderful one. Really regret not getting her name because she deserves a shoutout.

  So bad !!!! They need to change nurse to experienced and skilled nurses with good attitude. 1. The first nurse couldn’t find my vein (I am a man) that she poked with a needle on my left arm and stir a lot it seemed like the needle touch my nerve and I still have a pain. 2. Second nurse came and she made it on my right arm, but she was so distracted and busy talking with her colleague using the language that I couldn’t understand. That resulted giving me a pain on my right arm. 3. The tapes on my both arms are so sloppy and not intact

  Quick and efficient staff. I hate needles, they took four vials from me, I felt a little prick and it was over in 30 seconds.
