Best Quest experience I've ever had. Chris was on time, efficient, and very friendly. I could hear another phlebotomist in the cubicle next to us (Jill), who also seemed so friendly and kind. Especially impressed because it was the last appointment of the day, and they got everyone in the waiting room in and out on time.

This is the only place that draw the blood on first attempt. Professional and good staff.

Always have had nothing but great experiences at Quest. Carolyn the phlebotomy nurse is awesome. I made an appointment for 4:10 pm and was in and out in under 14 minutes. Excellent service.

I had a really simple question that a human receptionist could have solved instantly, but the fact that there were only computer kiosks caused me to wait for five unnecessary hours in the waiting room. My appointment was at 2:20 but I arrived at 9 AM to try and get on the waiting list so that I wouldn’t have to fast for an entire day for my fasting blood test. The kiosks wouldn’t let me register on the standby list and only after waiting for five hours and watching a tech help someone with the same problem, was I able to figure out a way to get onto the waiting list. The employee was pretty unhelpful. He helped the other customer work around the problem (by entering an incorrect name that would allow the system to register her as a new patient that would then be corrected once she was seen) but then pretended there was no way to help me with the exact same thing. Fortunately I figured it out with a lot of trial and error and was able to be seen at 1:30. Spending 5 hours watching over 20 people have simple questions that could be easily solved by a human receptionis made it obvious that the staff is overworked and overwhelmed. It’s clear that everyone is frustrated with the situation there, but a live receptionist would have resolved all of these issues quickly and easily. Instead there was a room full of confused, hungry, irritatated and eventually angry customers. Please hire a human receptionist.
