There is usually one person MAYBE two stocking, making sandwiches, getting deliveries from the back, dealing with all the rotisserie chicken and hot food, plus any other deli needs. Often times thereās lines of 6 people and it takes about 10 minutes to just get a half a pound of meat cut. Thereās no way to leave an order and come back. One more person first shift would make this whole section flow so much better. Itās really frustrating.
