My sales person was horrible. She needs to get fired for the service she provided. I get you guys work on commission but maybe treat people with some kindness that don’t want extra add ons to the lens. Instead of being rude and having an attitude about it. Her comments were so you don’t want to spend any money. She doesn’t even care to explain what is covered with my insurance what isn’t covered with my insurance. I told her I want the basic lens she didn’t even care to explain what comes with that. I had to go up to her and ask. And she made it seem like I’m annoying her. Time comes to pay for the rest of my frames after insurance coverage the donation thing pops up on the screen and she’s Makes a remark saying I know you don’t want to spend money press the button to skip it. First of all you don’t know people’s finances so keep the rude comments to yourself and learn to be kind . her name is Renee. After I pick up my glasses I will NEVER shop at LensCrafters again and I will make sure to let people not go here as well. I will be reaching out to corporate. This is unacceptable, embarrassing people in front of other people when their finances are tight.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
