  First time here... Very professional... Jacqueline, office manager, offered me a coffee, which was very welcome, given the day that I was having. Lisa was very clear in her annunciation during the testing of my hearing. And the gentleman I sat with, Eric (a regional manager, I believe) was very helpful... both in explaining the 'science' involved with hearing issues, and the array of options their company offered to satisfy just about any need and or budget. Very informative. I left their office satisfied at all levels. Thank you, Eric. 👍

  Amber is so awesome. I came in knowing I had some kind of loss but no audiologist could pin it down. She worked with me and we did some tests. I cried when I heard my best friends voice on the phone when she let me try on a pair of real hearing aids for the first time! I had been wearing -“as seen on tv” hearing amps prior. I had originally come to try find a place that did ear cleaning to see if that was the issue haha. She has been so patient with me and my learning of new sounds and what to be aware of and take note of. We had a little mishap with a receiver but no love lost =). Thanks to her I’ve been able to hear voices of loved ones, improve my work efficiency(?) and really improve my level of joy in life. I really cannot recommend her enough to all my friends and folks who need hearing aids as well.

  The miracle ear hearing center in Gilroy is a total disaster. Multiple reps and multiple stories they tell. After going through a number of reps that were there temporarily we now have a rep there that I feel is totally impolite and virtually dismissed us from his office. Many questions and I feel they lie. Never buy from them, Never buy from them, Never buy from them ,never buy from them!

  Don't go to Miricle ears. They are scammers. They tell you one thing and don't do nothing. They just think about the commission they get from the products they sale and not what the patient tells them. Very bad service. They don't call you back when they say they will, they promise to call you when the tv device comes in and they didn't. They never made a follow up appointment for my mom. And when they tell you that you get 45 days free trial and them they say they can't take them back. Even after my mom told them that they give her really bad headaches. They said she signed the papers so that's , that. But you can't try them without signing the papers. Very, Very dissatisfied. I'm contacting the B.B.B.

  Living in Idaho it is hard to help my mother with any of her medical needs. I made a call to Miracle and talked to Rick and set up an appointment. Since my mom has gotten the hearing aids she has been so much happier. She loves them which makes us all happier.
