  I highly recommend Quest at 2720 N Harbor Blvd STE 100, Fullerton, CA 92835! Even on a busy Saturday, the team worked incredibly fast. Despite a lot of people waiting, they moved efficiently and handled everything seamlessly. We were served by Albert, who was amazing—he kindly allowed me and my 5-year-old to have our blood drawn together in the same room. I was also managing my 2-year-old, so coordinating two little kids with all their baby stuff can be really challenging, but the staff made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Truly a big relief! Highly recommend them to anyone—professional, fast, and very accommodating.

  I’ve been going to Quest for over six months and have had several visits, but this was by far the WORST experience I’ve had. If you have the option to visit another location, I would strongly recommend doing so. During this visit, I was assisted by Mark, whose demeanor was insanely condescending and unprofessional. He made sure to argue with me on everything. Additionally, the blood draw resulted in a popped vein, which has never happened to me before—especially surprising since he located the vein on the first attempt. Almost seems like this was in retaliation.

  Appointments are accommodated with extreme proficiency; and are highly recommended. They are open on Saturdays at this location, so the waiting room is pretty full. Walk-ins are accepted, but only after the appointments or in place of a no-show. The appointments are well managed, and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. I give them 10 stars! Once the appointments are done, the walk-ins are accommodated quickly and efficiently, but the wait can be long.
