I didn’t feel push to join the membership . The club is clean and at a great location. I have no complaint so far. It was a great first impression

I was a bit scared, but our instructor Kayla did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and taking the time to explain equipment + posture + exercises. The two gals at the front desk were very friendly and informative.

When I reached out to correct the issue they returned the money, but also canceled my membership because they also returned the correct payment I’d made for the month of October (I never asked them to do this). The teachers are mostly kind, approachable, and professional, but their accounting is a mess. I’ve talked to other ladies who said they were wrongfully charged for canceling classes they’ve attended. I’m walking away from Club Pilates because it’s too much of a hassle to be stalking my bank statements to double check their competency every month.
