  The office staff was quick and kind and Dr. Lin listened very well, was not dismissive at all, and was very knowledgeable. You can tell he has decades of experience but he’s not jaded like a lot of doctors who have been doing it for a long time are. I am very grateful I got referred here!

  Extremely disappointing experience driven by poor administrative coordination. I clearly scheduled an allergy appointment for my son, yet the visit was incorrectly made under my name, wasting time and creating unnecessary frustration. After arriving, we were told allergy testing would require another appointment — only completed after I strongly advocated for my child — and then informed we must schedule yet another visit just to review the results because the physician “did not have time.” Families should not have to navigate repeated scheduling errors to receive straightforward care. Efficient intake, accurate scheduling, and adequate time for discussion are basic expectations in healthcare. Unfortunately, this visit felt rushed, disorganized, and far from patient-centered.

  Im a new patient here and everyone of staff are wonderful. Friendly caring helpful and so easy to schedule and Dr. Jung has exellent skills and pleasant bedside manners. Everyone here is the best. Thank you to Allergy Partners of Orange County
