Thing they forgot to add carrots it seems. Torn the cake apart trying to find juat one but no avail just raisins and tasted like mild spice cake. Cake also very thick with coconut icing almost too sweet to eat. Please do better when advertising carrot cake, put carrots in it and not so much coconut in the icing
