  David and Alexis are the best pharmacists. They take the time to explain medication, dosage, and any other concerns you may have. They are kind and very helpful. They have been instrumental at putting my mind at ease with meds and devices needed for my senior mother who had a stroke last year. I am very grateful for their expertise.

  Really really really slow service and there’s four pharmacist talking to each orther trying to figure out 1 job. Called ahead to check if they carry what i need they said yes. I moved my rx over and they didnt have it. Total waste of time

  Sorry this review is for the store and not pharmacy. I went to the Placentia store to buy Shrimp advertised as $5 a lb. I added it to my cart ( Grocery list) so dont forget.The price of 2lb was scanning $19.95. Ricky the manager came to assist. He insisted that Just bze i added the item to my cart i cant get $5 a lb. need to pay $19.95.I advised him , thats not how it works and website didnot say delivery or online only. I showed him the Albertsons App with the prce.Ricky was loud, he left and came back 3 times. Made me look stupid. Then he worked away. I asked him “ are u going to help me” he said “ no i tried”. Then he came back “ grabbed the 2 lb bag of shrimp in front of many customers and walked away. I was so embarrassed and teared up . Another associate was watching and asked me if i wanted a manager. I said yes but not Ricky. He called Brian ( manager) who confirmed what i was saying was 110% correct . He honored the price of $5 a lb. I had been going to this specific Albertsons for over 20 years.I was treated like a criminal / dumb. Since then i have been going to Ralphs or Albertsons on Imperial highway. That was a very very harsh and unwarranted treatment. The issue was more than the shrimp. Customer retention. You dont know who works into your store, dressed down. An atty, Dr, mayor .Bad reputation indeed I hope something will be done with this honest genuine review. This happened 2 or 3 wks ago Thank you

  I am very thankful for the excellent service your staff provided. I was trying to find my prescribed medication that was ordered at the last minute, I came across this app called "GoodRx" which showed me the pharmacy that offers best deals on the prescribed medications if you don't have insurance or if your insurance is charging you a lot more than your budget, and I found Sav-On Pharmacy located inside Albertsons included on the list. I was building up anxiety over the weekend because my supply was running low and I am afraid to go over the normal range. I have called other pharmacy a few times before I called Sav-On to find out how much my out of pocket payment. I have never expected to be treated with such patience and understanding from your staff; soft spoken Miss Shana and especially Mr. David S. who went above and beyond to find me the supply I need from their suppliers and made it available for me on time to take my next dose. I am glad that I found this pharmacy and I really appreciate the assistance. I can finally be relieved from the stress trying to find a pharmacy with an accurate and friendly service who also saved me the time, money and understands responsibility to their clients.
